It is our sins that tore Your sacredFlesh, which has made crimson the Cross.

Our Lord Jesus Christ said:

"I am looking for souls who love Meto sympathize with My sufferings."

My beloved Saviour, we join Yoursuffering, we want to carry our cross and suffer with You.

我亲爱的救主，我们与你一同受苦，我们愿背着十字架与你一同受苦。

O Holy Cross adorable, you who were thespouse of Jesus crucified, chosen, precious bed of suffering, pain, preciousbed of the soul, you contain the three fountains of grace. (They,sinners) donot love it, what contempt of Jesus!

哦，神圣可敬的十字架，你是被钉在十字架上耶稣拣选的净配，是苦难痛苦珍贵的安息所，是灵魂珍贵的安息，你有恩宠的三个水泉。（他们，罪人）不爱它，这是何等的藐视耶稣！

You will live with us, Holy Cross, tothe grave where you will rest on our breast.

神圣的十字架，你将和我们一起生活，直到坟墓里，那里，我们曾背负的（十字架）将安息在我们的胸前。

Oh! Because He loves us, my sweet Jesus.What soul refuses to give it to Him?

哦！因为祂爱我们，我亲爱的耶稣。哪个灵魂拒绝把十字架给祂？

Go to the foot of the Cross to tell ofour bitterness, our love in the cross.

These are my sins, my pride and mydisobedience that have loaded on Your shoulder that cross so heavy.

O dear Jesus, my love, You haveforgotten the excesses of my ingratitude: What boundless charity!

哦，亲爱的耶稣，我的爱人，你已经忘记了我的忘恩负义，多么无限的慈爱！

So you took it on Your Shoulder.

所以你把它(我们的十字架)扛在肩上。

This is where you buried all ourtransgressions, our iniquities ...

这就是你埋葬我们一切的过犯和罪孽的地方……

My Jesus by showing the deep wound ofthe Holy Shoulder:

 “Mychildren of the earth who meditate on the pain and are faithful to thisdevotion:

I will come visit them in theirsorrows,I will give them a tender love for the Cross I will come to assist atthe time of death,From this cross, I will introduce them to My heavenlykingdom.”

O dear Jesus, You have opened the pathof predestination, love, pain 

哦，亲爱的耶稣，你已经（为我们）开启了（今生要与祢一起经历的）爱与痛苦的道路……

Jesus dies under the weight of the Crosson the road to Calvary, while it is the cross that should have been bending andbreaking under the power of God.

耶稣死在加尔瓦略山路上的十字架重压之下，而十字架本应在天主的大能之下被弯曲和折断。

We must all carry the cross ..

我们都必须背起十字架

For some, it is heavier, for others it is less heavy.

对一些人来说，它更重，对另一些人来说，它更轻。

Bear the suffering, death sentences as aresult of our Lord.

It is the Holy of Holies that rewards suffering souls.

The Cross is the portion of theChristian from the cradle to the grave, the soul that suffers is in the companyof her spouse, in the company of the Blessed Virgin, in the company of theelect.

十字架是基督徒从摇篮到坟墓的一部分，受苦的灵魂有她净配的陪伴，有圣母的陪伴，有蒙拣选人的陪伴。

us bless God that makes us to sufferbecause in suffering we are despoiled (or our sins), we are beatified, theyopen for us a sea of love.

让我们赞美使我们受苦的天主，因为在受苦中我们被剥夺，我们被列品真福，受苦为我们打开了爱之海。

Let us put ourselves in suffering, in the Hands of God.

让我们把自己交在天主手中受苦吧。

It is you, ungrateful earth, which appears desirous of covering youwith ornaments to destroy the Christian soul but all this is only dust andvanity.

是你们，忘恩负义的世人，看来你们矜己自饰要毁灭基督徒的灵魂，但这一切都只是尘土和虚空。

Jesus makes us tread over you, thistreacherous and seductive earth, all is (given) by suffering at the foot of theCross.

耶稣让我们践踏你，你这个奸诈诱惑的世界，（我们这）一切（的作为）都是（因为）在十字架脚下受苦而得到的。

Meditate on the Sacred Heart of Jesus,mercy blaze, blaze of love. Love the Blessed Virgin.

默想耶稣的圣心：慈悲的火焰、爱的火焰。孝爱圣母。

Consider the pure heart of Mary, throughwhom all graces come to us, and compassion for her sorrows on Calvary, whereshe adopted us for her children:

想想玛利亚纯洁的心吧，经由她，一切的恩宠加给了我们；同情她在加尔瓦略山上的悲伤吧，在那里，她收养了我们成为她的孩子。
