Leviticus 1 The LORD said to Moses, 上主训示梅瑟说： 2 ＂Speak to the Israelites and tell them: The following are the festivals of the LORD, my feast days, which you shall celebrate with a sacred assembly. ＂你告诉以色列子民说：以下是我的节日，是你们应召集圣会的上主的节日。 3 ＂For six days work may be done; but the seventh day is the sabbath rest, a day for sacred assembly, on which you shall do no work. The sabbath shall belong to the LORD wherever you dwell. 六天工作，但第七天，应是完全休息的安息日，应召集圣会，任何工作都不可做；在你们任何住处，这日是应为上主守的安息日。 4 ＂These, then, are the festivals of the LORD which you shall celebrate at their proper time with a sacred assembly. 以下是上主的节日，你们应依照时期召集圣会： 5 The Passover of the LORD falls on the fourteenth day of the first month, at the evening twilight. 正月十四日傍晚，应为上主守踰越节。 6 The fifteenth day of this month is the LORD'S feast of Unleavened Bread. For seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. 这月十五日，应为上主守无酵节，七天之内，应吃无酵饼。 7 On the first of these days you shall hold a sacred assembly and do no sort of work. 第一日，应召集圣会，任何劳工都不可做； 8 On each of the seven days you shall offer an oblation to the LORD. Then on the seventh day you shall again hold a sacred assembly and do no sort of work.＂ 七天内，应给上主奉献火祭；到第七日，应召集圣会，任何劳工都不可做。＂ 上主训示梅瑟说： 10 ＂Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When you come into the land which I am giving you, and reap your harvest, you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest, ＂你告诉以色列子民说：几时你们进入了我赐给你们的地方，在那里一有收获，应把你们收获的第一束交给司祭。 11 1 who shall wave the sheaf before the LORD that it may be acceptable for you. On the day after the sabbath the priest shall do this. 司祭应拿这一束行摇礼，献于上主面前，好为你们获得悦纳；司祭应在安息日的次日行摇礼。 12 On this day, when your sheaf is waved, you shall offer to the LORD for a holocaust an unblemished yearling lamb. 在你们拿这一束行摇礼的那一天，还应给上主献一只一岁无瑕的公羔羊，作全燔祭； 13 Its cereal offering shall be two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD; and its libation shall be a fourth of a hin of wine. 同献的素祭，应是十分之二＂厄法＂油调的细面，作为中悦上主馨香的火祭；再加四分之一＂辛＂酒，作为奠祭。 14 2 Until this day, when you bring your God this offering, you shall not eat any bread or roasted grain or fresh kernels. This shall be a perpetual statute for you and your descendants wherever you dwell. 直到那一天，即直到你们给你们的天主奉献祭品的一天，你们不可吃新麦做的饼，烤的或新鲜的麦穗：这为你们世世代代，在任何住处，是一永久的法令。 15 ＂Beginning with the day after the sabbath, the day on which you bring the wave-offering sheaf, you shall count seven full weeks, 从你们献麦束行摇礼的安息日的次日，应计算整个七星期， 16 3 and then on the day after the seventh week, the fiftieth day, you shall present the new cereal offering to the LORD. 即直到第七个安息日后的次日，共计五十天，那天应给上主奉献荐新的素祭。 17 For the wave offering of your first fruits to the LORD, you shall bring with you from wherever you live two loaves of bread made of two tenths of an ephah of fine flour and baked with leaven. 由你们的住处带来两个行摇礼的饼，每个用十分之二＂厄法＂的发酵细面烤成，献与上主作初熟之祭。 18 Besides the bread, you shall offer to the LORD a holocaust of seven unblemished yearling lambs, one young bull, and two rams, along with their cereal offering and libations, as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD. 饼以外，还应奉献七只一岁无瑕的公羔羊，一头公牛犊和两只公绵羊，作献与上主的全燔祭；还有同奉献的素祭和奠祭，作为中悦上主馨香的火祭； 19 One male goat shall be sacrificed as a sin offering, and two yearling lambs as a peace offering. 还应献一只公山羊作赎罪祭，两只一岁的公羔羊作和平祭。 20 The priest shall wave the bread of the first fruits and the two lambs as a wave offer ing before the LORD; these shall be sacred to the LORD and belong to the priest. 司祭应拿这两只公羔羊同初熟祭的饼，在上主面前行奉献的摇礼；这是属于上主的圣物，应归于司祭。 21 On this same day you shall by proclamation have a sacred assembly, and no sort of work may be done. This shall be a perpetual statute for you and your descendants wherever you dwell. 在这一日，你们应召集圣会，任何劳工也不可做：这为你们世世代代，在任何住处，是一永久法令。 22 ＂When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not be so thorough that you reap the field to its very edge, nor shall you glean the stray ears of your grain. These things you shall leave for the poor and the alien. I, the LORD, am your God.＂ 当你们收割你们地内的庄稼时，你不可割到地边；收获后剩下的穗子，不可再拾，应留给穷人和外方人：我，上主是你们的天主。 上主训示梅瑟说： 24 ＂Tell the Israelites: On the first day of the seventh month you shall keep a sabbath rest, with a sacred assembly and with the trumpet blasts as a reminder; ＂你告诉以色列子民说：七月初一，为你是完全休息的日子，应吹号角，召集圣会， 25 you shall then do no sort of work, and you shall offer an oblation to the LORD.＂ 任何劳工都不可做，应给上主献一火祭。＂ 26 The LORD said to Moses, 上主训示梅瑟说： 27 ＂The tenth of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement, when you shall hold a sacred assembly and mortify yourselves and offer an oblation to the LORD. ＂还有七月初十是赎罪节，是你们应召集圣会的日子，要克己苦身，并给上主奉献一火祭。 28 On this day you shall not do any work, because it is the Day of Atonement, when atonement is made for you before the LORD, your God. 这一天，任何工作都不可做，因为是赎罪节，应在上主你们的天主面前，为你们自己行赎罪祭。 29 Anyone who does not mortify himself on this day shall be cut off from his people, 这一天，凡不克己苦身的人，应由民间铲除； 30 and if anyone does any work on this day, I will remove him from the midst of his people. 这一天凡做任何工作的人，我必由民间消灭这人； 31 This is a perpetual statute for you and your descendants wherever you dwell: you shall do no work, 任何工作不可做：这为你们世世代代，在任何住处，是一永久法令。 32 but shall keep a sabbath of complete rest and mortify yourselves. Beginning on the evening of the ninth of the month, you shall keep this sabbath of yours from evening to evening.＂ 这是你们应完全休息的安息日，应克己苦身。这月初九傍晚，到次日傍晚，你们应守这安息日。＂ 上主训示梅瑟说： 34 4 ＂Tell the Israelites: The fifteenth day of this seventh month is the LORD'S feast of Booths, which shall continue for seven days. ＂你告诉以色列子民说：七月十五是帐棚节，应为上主举行七天： 35 On the first day there shall be a sacred assembly, and you shall do no sort of work. 第一天应召集圣会，任何劳工都不可做， 36 For seven days you shall offer an oblation to the LORD, and on the eighth day you shall again hold a sacred assembly and offer an oblation to the LORD. On that solemn closing you shall do no sort of work. 七天之久，应给上主献火祭；到第八日，又应召集圣会，给上主献火祭；这天是盛大集会的日子，任何劳工都不可做。 37 ＂These, therefore, are the festivals of the LORD on which you shall proclaim a sacred assembly, and offer as an oblation to the LORD holocausts and cereal offerings, sacrifices and libations, as prescribed for each day, 以上是上主的节日，你们应召集圣会，照每日的规定应给上主献火祭、全燔祭、素祭、祭献和奠祭； 38 in addition to those of the LORD'S sabbaths, your donations, your various votive offerings and the free-will offerings that you present to the LORD. 此外，还有在上主的安息日，你们献于上主的礼品、还愿祭和自愿祭。 39 ＂On the fifteenth day, then, of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the produce of the land, you shall celebrate a pilgrim feast of the LORD for a whole week. The first and the eighth day shall be days of complete rest. 七月十五日，你们收了那地方的出产，应七天举行上主的节期：第一天和第八天应完全休息。 40 5 On the first day you shall gather foliage from majestic trees, branches of palms and boughs of myrtles and of valley poplars, and then for a week you shall make merry before the LORD, your God. 第一天，你们应拿着树木结的美果、棕榈树枝、叶密的大树枝和溪边的柳条；如此七天之久，应在上主你们的天主面前喜乐。 41 By perpetual statute for you and your descendants you shall keep this pilgrim feast of the LORD for one whole week in the seventh month of the year. 你们每年应七天之久举行这上主的节日，且应在七月举行这节日：这为你们世世代代是一永久的法令。 42 During this week every native Israelite among you shall dwell in booths, 七天之久，你们应住在帐棚内，凡以色列公民，都应住在帐棚内， 43 that your descendants may realize that, when I led the Israelites out of the 好叫你们的后代知道，当我领以色列子民出离埃及国的时候，曾使他们住在帐棚内：我，上主是你们的天主。＂ 44 Thus did Moses announce to the Israelites the festivals of the LORD. 梅瑟就这样给以色列子民宣布了上主的节日。 Footnotes(注解) 1 [11] The sabbath: according to the Jewish tradition this was the feast day itself, the fifteenth of Nisan, which was a special day of rest. Cf Lev 23:7. However, some understand here the Saturday of the Passover week, or even the Saturday following it; cf John 19:31. 2 [14] Any bread: made from the new grain. The harvest had first to be sanctified for man's use by this offering to God. 3 [16] The fiftieth: from the Greek word for this we have the name ＂Pentecost.＂ Cf 2 Macc 12:31; Acts 2:1. It was also called ＂the feast of the Seven Weeks,＂ or simply ＂the feast of Weeks＂ (Numbers 28:26; Deut 16:10; Tobit 2:1). The new cereal offering: of flour made from the new grain. Pentecost was the thanksgiving feast at the end of the grain harvest, which began after Passover. Later tradition made it a commemoration of the giving of the law at Sinai. 4 [34] Feasts of Booths: the joyful observance of the vintage and fruit harvest. Cf Deut 16:13. During the seven days of the feast the Israelites camped in booths of branches erected on the roofs of their houses or in the streets in commemoration of their wanderings in the desert, where they dwelt in booths. 5 [40] Foliage: literally, ＂fruit,＂ but here probably used in the general sense of ＂produce, growth.＂ These branches were used for constructing the ＂booths＂ or huts in which the people lived during the feast. Cf Nehemiah 8:15. However, from about the time of Christ on, the Jews have understood this of ＂fruit＂ in the strict sense; hence, branches of lemons and oranges were carried with the other branches in joyous procession. |
