Isaiah 1 1 Lo, the LORD empties the land and lays it waste; he turns it upside down, scattering its inhabitants: 看！上主使大地空虚，使它变为荒凉，翻转它的面目，使它的居民四散： 2 Layman and priest alike, servant and master, The maid as her mistress, the buyer as the seller, The lender as the borrower, the creditor as the debtor. 3 The earth is utterly laid waste, utterly stripped, for the LORD has decreed this thing. 大地必要完全荒废，惨遭浩劫，因为上主这样定了。 4 The earth mourns and fades, the world languishes and fades; both heaven and earth languish. 5 2 The earth is polluted because of its inhabitants, who have transgressed laws, violated statutes, broken the ancient covenant. 大地在居民脚下已被玷污，因为他们越规犯法，破坏了永久的盟约。 6 Therefore a curse devours the earth, and its inhabitants pay for their guilt; Therefore they who dwell on earth turn pale, and few men are left. 为此诅咒吞噬了大地，其中的居民受了罪罚；为此地上的居民受了折损，剩下来的人数极少。 7 The wine mourns, the vine languishes, all the merry-hearted groan. 新酒哀伤，葡萄凋残；心情愉快的，都长声叹息！ 8 Stilled are the cheerful timbrels, ended the shouts of the jubilant, stilled is the cheerful harp. 小鼓的喜乐已停止，欢笑的喧嚷已终结，琴瑟的喜乐已止息。 9 They cannot sing and drink wine; strong drink is bitter to those who partake of it. 10 3 Broken down is the city of chaos, shut against entry, every house. 空虚的城市已破残，家家户户都已关门闭户！ 广场上有人为酒而嗟叹，万般娱乐已阑尽，大地的喜乐遭放逐！ 城中所留的只是凄凉，门户被打得粉碎！ 13 Thus it is within the land, and among the peoples, As with an olive tree after it is beaten, as with a gleaning when the vintage is done. 诚然，大地间万民中，必像打过的橄榄树，或如收割葡萄后所余的残粒。 14 4 These lift up their voice in acclaim; from the sea they proclaim the majesty of the LORD: 他们要提高声音歌颂上主的尊严：＂万民啊！你们欢呼罢！ 15 ＂For this, in the coastlands, give glory to the LORD! In the coastlands of the sea, to the name of the LORD, the God of Israel!＂ 你们在东方的，应颂扬上主！住在海岛上的，应颂扬上主，以色列的天主的名！ 16 From the end of the earth we hear songs: ＂Splendor to the Just One!＂ But I said, ＂I am wasted, wasted away. Woe is me! The traitors betray: with treachery have the traitors betrayed! 我们从地极听到了歌声：光荣属于正义者。＂然而我说：＂我有祸了！我有祸了！我好可怜！反叛的仍在反叛，反叛的仍在极力的反叛！＂ 17 Terror, pit, and trap are upon you, inhabitant of the earth; 地上的居民啊！恐怖、陷阱、罗网，都聚集在你身上。 18 He who flees at the sound of terror will fall into the pit; He who climbs out of the pit will be caught in the trap.
